Recovery Omega is a recovery based community focused on opening doors, networking, and supporting organizations whose purpose is breaking down barriers and rebuilding positive lifestyles for individuals struggling with substance abuse disorder issues. Utilizing therapy and coaching paired with community funding and resources; we aim to help our partners and clients find success and fulfillment in long term recovery. By surrounding them with support, tools, coaching, and resources, we assist them in rebuilding the relationships and life of their dreams. Recovery Omega believes that everyone deserves a second chance, a helping hand, partners to share their vision, and that nothing is impossible with a little help and some true grit! We are dedicated to operating in integrity, peace, and excellence while creating a rippling impact in all of Colorado.
Heather Montgomery comes to the recovery field with extensive training in reaching her own personal goals. She has overcome her own demons of drugs, alcohol, obesity, trauma, and codependency. Heather is a graduate of the intense Haven/Peer 1 program where she began to understand how to lead, love, and support those in recovery. She has completed a prison and parole sentence where she experienced the power of humility, kindness, and forgiveness. She has also lost 115 pounds in her journey and is passionate about helping others mine and value the gems deep within themselves. Heather has built three businesses while pursuing her own recovery where she learned to be goal orientated, driven, and impact lives. Her enthusiasm for helping others achieve their deepest desires and repairing family relationships is contagious. Heather believes in the power of the spoken word, putting a vision in front of you, surrounding yourself with those who can help you reach it, and taking the courageous actions to live your vision!
Meghan Guerrie found a passion for Recovery through her own struggles with Addiction. She was able to create a Recovery Path that worked for her, and has spent the last 5 years helping others do the same. Through Recovery Omega, Meghan has been able to spread her passion for Recovery by creating a network of Partnerships, where Client focused care is the main priority. Meghan brings her ethical principles and honest values to all her business endeavors. Watching those around her succeed and grow is her biggest measure of success, and she takes great pride in the Team that has been built under Recovery Omega; not to mention the thousands of people who has been positively impacted by this organization.

Currently serving as a Student Clinical Coordinator at the Robert J. He has worked with a variety of dual-diagnosis clients at Arapahoe House and Jefferson Hills and currently works part-time at Children’s Hospital in the Psychiatric Emergency Department.
